No matter what is going on good or bad. One thing holds true. We can always draw close to God. He is always there, always wanting to spend time with us and he is all we ever need. He is love. He is kind. He is our provider and protector. And he is all we ever need.
I don’t know what is going on in your life but he does. And no matter what he wants to be there for us, to be there with us. He is our place of comfort and joy. He is all we ever need because he cares for us. We are precious to him. Just as when a child looks at a parent to be loved and comforted we can look at him and he will do the same.
Jesus said to come to the kingdom like children. Because children simply want to be loved and find joy in life. They believe God is who he is and their faith in him is absolute.
So be like a child look to your Heavenly Father for all that you need and expect that he will provide and care for you .
“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them. -Mark 10:14b-16
