This world often teaches us to escape our problems. Have a drink, try this medication, I just need to veg or blow off steam. But none of these solve the issue. They mask or distract.
But God can. When we surrender our problems over to him he takes care of them for us. Some solutions may be as simple as a perspective change other solutions may be something we never considered. God created us. He knows how to care and provide and love us. But he can’t fix what we won’t give him.
So surrender whatever your dealing with over to God and let him be the solution. Let his peace that surpasses understanding wash over you and let his love be enough because it always more than we need.
